My parents migrated to Adelaide when I was very young and I have had good fortune in life, being able to live, travel and work across many cities of the world, Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Milan, London, and others and since a young age I have done business with various foreign and Australian companies and their teams.

My knowledge of the real estate industry started from studying to gain my professional qualifications in development planning, corporate finance and urban design but it is the many years of experience in advising a wide range of clients on all types in all real estate matters that gives me the greatest skills to add value to real estate business pursuits and to help guide my teams in delivering a consistent and quality service for all of our customers.

Born, bred and educated ( Yes its true..!) in Adelaide, I possess extensive market intelligence and industry networks. I am a firm believer that a successful project is achieved when an experienced and proven real estate team is engaged early in a projects life where a strong focus on designing commercially feasible solutions can have a great influence on the project so it can be directly reflective of the buyer market.

With a background in construction and having run a successful construction company in Adelaide for 10 years in the past, I have a comprehensive understanding of the construction process for new developments. This skill has proven to be very beneficial with project sales to allow the sales agent team to succinctly and accurately talk through with buyers the construction design, methodology and inclusions of their new home.

I have seen too many new projects on the market fail for the simple fact their offering is not properly aligned or flexible enough to satisfy what the buyer actually wants or can afford! With my philosophy of giving the buyers what they want, I strive to work hard with each individual buyer to understand their requirements and where-ever feasible to help them to be able to customise their new home or apartment so it can suit their living and budgetary requirements.
